reflect, refocus & refresh; towards a transformational INVESTMENT for life
With much of our time spent working, supervision is a valuable and beneficial practice, especially if your work involves helping, caring, leading or managing others. Supervision is holistic, acknowledging the whole person and the balancing act of life. The primary focus and purpose of supervision are to enrich the supervisee's wellbeing, particularly in terms of their vocation and holistic selfcare practice. It is a safe space to stop, has a check-in, critically reflect, evaluate and rejuvenate. This allows the supervisees to untangle emotions, explore solutions, strengthen their own therapeutic/personal skills and grow, while gaining deeper self-awareness professionally and personally. We are more than what we do, but to thrive in who we are and what we do; it is important to journey with someone who has insight and can draw out the best in us.
